These terms explain the rules for using our website and buying from Tier 1 Data System. Please take a few minutes to read them.

1. Agreement to these terms

By using tier1datasystem.com (the “Site”) or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Tier 1 Data System, located at 5223 89th Ave NE, Marysville, WA 98270. “You” means anyone who visits the Site or buys from us.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell refurbished and used electronics and IT hardware. Each product page shows the item’s condition and what is included. We work hard to describe products accurately, but small differences can happen. For example, the color shade on your screen may look different from the real product, and cosmetic wear may vary slightly.

We are an independent reseller. Brand names, logos, and product names belong to their owners, and their use on our Site does not mean we are affiliated with or endorsed by them.

4. Pricing and availability

  • All prices are in US dollars.
  • Prices and availability can change without notice.
  • Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout when they apply.
  • Our stock is limited, and an item may sell out before your order is processed.

If we find a pricing or listing error, we may cancel your order and refund you in full, even if we already sent a confirmation.

5. Placing and accepting orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the product, and we will email you a confirmation when we receive it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as limited stock, a pricing error, an address we cannot ship to, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will get a full refund.

6. Payment

Payment is due when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment processor, and we do not store your full card number on our Site.

By giving us payment information, you confirm you are allowed to use that payment method.

7. Shipping, returns, and warranty

Your order is also covered by our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Warranty Policy. Please read them. They are part of these terms.

8. Using the Site

Please use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Try to break into, damage, or interfere with the Site or its security.
  • Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to collect our content or prices without our written permission.
  • Place orders with false information or someone else’s payment details.
  • Use the Site in a way that breaks any law.

9. Our content

The text, product descriptions, layout, and other content on the Site belong to Tier 1 Data System or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your personal use, but you may not copy, sell, or republish our content without our written permission.

10. Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

11. Disclaimers

We provide the Site “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the Site will always be fast, error-free, or uninterrupted. Products are covered only by our Warranty Policy. To the extent the law allows, we do not give any other warranties, express or implied.

12. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Tier 1 Data System is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, such as lost data, lost profits, or lost business, that result from using the Site or our products. Our total responsibility for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid for the product involved.

Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute that cannot be settled between us will be handled in the courts located in Snohomish County, Washington, unless the law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Orders you place after a change are covered by the new version.
